The founders of the Nick the Greek brand are first cousins who grew up working in their parent’s restaurants located in San Jose, California. Their parents, first generation immigrants from Greece, would visit their home country every year enjoying the Greek street food. When they returned to the US, they missed the wonderful flavors of the Greece street food and all three families decided to open restaurants.
