Why Nick the Greek
Gyro meat built in-house on a vertical rotisserie and souvlaki charbroiled to order. Greek street food guests come back for, and it travels well for delivery and catering.
Pitas, plates, bowls, salads and a short dessert list. A tight menu means a smaller line, faster training and consistent food.
Big Nick, Little Nick and Baby Nick Tsigaris opened the first restaurant in 2014. They’re still part of every opening.
Backed since 2022 by YTG Enterprises, led by veteran multi-brand operator Anil Yadav. First-time owners grow alongside multi-unit groups.
